5am update

Joy is feeling better, finally sleeping after all that stuff to keep her up when she crashed very briefly (but very scary) 10 minutes after coming out of surgery. 

Baby Boy is in his isolate under the tiniest blanket. Here are some pictures and video of what it looks like.

Blood gases look good on ventilator and it's turned down a lot, so they're thinking the'll try CPAP at 9am-ish. Like those sleep apnia machines just a bit smaller.

We're moving downstairs to 5 at 6:30 or so.
