- Switched to CPAP - pressurized mask on his nose, no more tube. We got some great no tubes, no mask pictures during the transition thanks to the NICU staff. If you've ever wondered what the genetic value of my large nose is, wonder no more. The fact that Jules appears to have inherited my massive schnoz seems to have given him a large physical air way into which the CPAP can flow air.
