Suntanning

Two steps forward, 1 step back. Joy seems on the mend. Baby tried to move to cpap. But that didn't happen this time. When he tried to breath on cpap he was working too hard. So they tried increasing the pressure and oxygen content. Subsequently, they took some blood gases that indicated baby wasn't doing as well. So we step back to intubation for now and try again later. We're pushing (gently) to see if he's calm enough for 'kangaroo care" (aka baby skin on mom/dad chest skin) for bonding stuff.
