On the good side Co2 is down to 51.
On the less good side our new attending decided that the old plan was bad but didn't take the time to explain his proposal. He mentioned something about "getting us out of the NICU mentality" when arguing for fewer CBGs. We've called for a family care conference this evening for a round of mediation.
Update: Attending showed up and talked Joy. Looks like we're on the path to a mediated solution. Apparently I scare the residents. They should see my past performance reviews.

Stay the course, man! You know your baby best! Toby had many of the trials and tribulations that Jules is having, and he has turned out slightly better than ok.
You have to be your child's champion - even if you scare the doctors.
